What Is the Best 2 Days Itinerary for Mathura Vrindavan Agra Tour?

Day 1: Delhi to Mathura and Vrindavan
You will be picked up early in the morning from your desired location in Delhi and then driven to Mathura, the birthplace of Lord Krishna. Visit Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi Temple, where Lord Krishna is believed to have been born. The temple is a beautiful piece of architecture and has a very spiritual atmosphere.
Then visit Dwarkadhish Temple famous for its carvings and rituals. Walk along Vishram Ghat, a beautiful spot on the Yamuna River where Lord Krishna is believed to have rested after killing Kansa. Have a local lunch and then proceed to Vrindavan.
In Vrindavan visit Banke Bihari Temple famous for its festive atmosphere and ISKCON Temple where you can find peace and spiritual teachings. As the day ends witness the beautiful aarti at Keshi Ghat on the Yamuna River. End the day by visiting the lit-up Prem Mandir where the carvings tell the stories of Krishna’s life. Overnight stay in Vrindavan in a hotel or guesthouse.
Day 2: Vrindavan to Agra and Back to Delhi
After having breakfast, you will be taken to Agra, the city of some of India’s most famous monuments. Start your Agra tour with the Taj Mahal, a monument of love and architecture that will leave you awestruck. See the Taj in the morning light.
Next visit Agra Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site which was the residence of Mughal emperors. The palaces, gardens and mosques are a reflection of Mughal grandeur and genius. Have lunch at a recommended local restaurant which serves authentic Mughlai cuisine.
In the afternoon visit the Tomb of Itimad-ud-Daulah, also known as the Baby Taj. This beautiful tomb has intricate marble work and is a transition between Mughal styles. For those interested an optional stop at Mehtab Bagh to see the Taj Mahal at sunset.
As the sun sets, start your return journey to Delhi. You will reach by evening. End of tour.
