自我介绍：
你好我叫陈昕，今年三十岁，本科毕业于中南大学，研究生毕业于昆士兰大学，专业都是地理信息系统。于18年毕业后，四月入职顺丰科技地理信息研发中心，作为后端研发工程师工作至今，主要工作内容负责平台后端功能开发、维护系统稳定运行、对手上项目的进行具体的研发任务分配和安排、负责部分简单前端需求的开发、负责部分python数据处理工艺的开发和优化。主要参与的项目是GIS运营平台、POI数据处理工艺平台，这是两个维护核心地址库的平台及其数据处理工艺流程。
离职原因：
首先是在这边已经工作了三年了，合同刚好到期准备换个环境。在这边也基本完成了技术学习、业务理解、基本在当前手里的项目能获得的提升不是很大了。因为手上的项目是那种偏向数据处理流程，但是对真正那种和大量用户进行交互的东西不多，一些比较新的这方面的技术没有怎么接触过。
另外，这边的业务主要是toB，在我理解中也不算真正的面向C端的互联网企业，从业务上来讲我更想做一做C端业务。
为什么选择阿里：
首先作为一个Java程序员，很自然的憧憬阿里，毕竟阿里做java在国内是顶尖的，阿里的技术论坛也是在国际上获得认可的，另外很多常用的工具都是alibaba的比如fastjson，这种java的整体技术环境还是会好很多。另外就是说业务方面，个人更希望能够参与到toC的开发中，而且目前同城零售做的新零售和已经非常完善成熟的普通网购市场不同，前者市场份额已经基本瓜分完毕，而后者目前还有很大的发展空间，有挑战就有机遇。
对这边业务的理解：
同城零售做的业务我理解也是新零售，新零售可总结为“线上+线下+物流，其核心是以消费者为中心的会员、支付、库存、服务等方面数据的全面打通”。对用户方面来说，就是更快捷便利的生活消费品的购买方式，对商家来说就是更稳定的销售渠道以及更及时的销售反馈，可以通过大数据用户画像和购买品类的变化的预测更精准的对销售方向进行及时变更。
为什么觉得适合这个岗位：
首先我对业务比较感兴趣，工作积极性会比较高，更愿意主动去思考这边的业务和技术。然后我也比较喜欢有挑战性的事情，进入到一个不熟悉的领域也更会有探索的欲望。另外对于基本的代码编写能力，虽然不能说特别优秀，但也是从一个完全不会写码的人一步一步走过来，至少可以满足基本要求，并且有较强的学习能力，可以很快的学习相关的技术。
对加班的看法：
我觉得加班是很正常的一个事情，主要是看是否有效加班，对公司来说能够实现更高效的产出，对个人来说有更多的收获，比如说技术，又或者说是成就感。我觉得成就感对我来说还挺重要的，在 完成一个重要的工作之后，或者是突破自我学会了新的技术都会很开心。
职业规划
肯定还是继续做程序员这一行，我目前的规划基本是一年提升技术，一年对业务上有更多的理解和突破，再一年进一步的沉淀。考虑到接下来的阶段需要有更多更深的技术提升，这样的节奏可能会适当的延长，所以计划是在接下来的三到五年内完成这样的一个规划。
生活规划：
对于定居城市暂时没有太多的考虑，毕竟还没有买房买车，也没有女朋友什么的限制，家里人也不会要求我一定要离家很近，从读大学开始基本就自己一个人在外闯荡。不过可能会在接下来的几年内决定要在哪里定居，杭州我觉得就蛮好的，房价也比深圳更好接受一些。
工作中遇到的困难 如何解决的：
最近的一个困难就是接手了POI数据处理平台。这个平台之前是武汉的团队做的，我接手过来的时候那边的研发都已经离职了，我这边只是和相关的产品和运营进行的交接，再加上这个平台之前没有留下什么开发文档，在接手初期，有很多问题，比如生产运行的项目和代码库中的代码不一；再比如平台上有很多功能，可能交接的时候基本没有在用，但是后面接手了之后突然需要使用的时候发现功能有问题。因此在接手项目的初期，我去武汉出差了两次，去和当时负责的产品和运营面对面的逐个功能核对，整理相应的文档，对不一致的代码根据功能要求进行补全，并且对后续出现的遗留问题进行记录修复。在这个项目期间，依然要抽空保证其他项目需求的正常开发，也是加了好久的班。

education：
I graguate from Central South University as a Bachlar of Geogrphic Information Science at 2014, and then I got my Master degree of Geogrphic Information Science from the University of Queensland at 2018.
experience:
After that, I joined the Geografical infomation developing center, SF-tech as a GIS engineer, which is back-end enginner actually. The main part of this job is to develop new features to satisfy new demands and maintain the Address-Storage related platform to make sure it can provide services normally, accurately and effectively for multiple bussiness parties.
And then，at 2021, I joined the Advertising team of Mobile Tmall, Alibaba Group as a Senior Backend development engineer. In Alibabba, I was mainly response for the design, implementation and upgrdation of the advertising service of Mobile Tmall and provid reliable system.
projects:
The projects of SF-tech are mainly about the address-storage which is a database includes the national address come from the SF express orders and the relations between address and the Polygon. There are three projects in SF-tech I participate. First, the Area Operation System, which is a task platform actually, it face to the inner users of SF Express. The tasks are generated from the abnormal orders and to modify and correct the Adreess-storage. Second, the Electornic Fence System. This one provides the ability of spatial data manipulation for different business partiese. The last one is the Polygon of Interest workflow. This is a data workflow about the Address-Storage update and modification. The hard points is that the programming language is Python which I didn't know about it, and there are handreds scripts of this workflow.
The projects I involved in Alibaba is mainly about advertising bussiness. There are two projects, the Data Management Platform and the Demand-side Platform. The DMP provide the ability of crowds-dircting to the sellers, which can improve the result of advertising activities. And the DSP is the platform for sellers to configure there own advertising activities on Mobile Tmall.

2021/09-2022/06 Data Management Platform
Object: Through the implementation of DMP, provide the service of crowds-targeting for Mobile Tmall advertisement, improve the advertising result, satisfy the customizing demand of salers.
Results:
Access the user feature data of Mobile Tmall, provide dozens of user tags for crowd-making.
Complete multiple options for crowd-making, such as tag-based, corwd-based, and file-based. Satisfy different scenario for different users.
Based on the middleware, Lindorm(HBase) and Hologres, provide effective service with a low response time, which can be satisfied in all the situations of Mobile Tmall advertising bussiness.
2021/06-2022/03 Demand-side Platform
Object: By the construction of DSP, selling traffic of Mobile Tmall, maximize the profit of advertising, achieve the revenue target ultimately.
Results:
Add the ability of multiple advertisement positions, like pop-up and float.
Optimize material upload, ensure the data can be uploaded effective and accurate.
Expand the ability of user activity trace, which helps the improvement of user data analysis and advertising result analysis.
2020/08-2021/04 Polygon of Interest Workflow
Object: Provide the ability of POI data continuous updates for SF-Map.
Results: Complete the major tasks, maintainance and improvement of the current workflow. Besides, based on the use of Python script and PgSQL, ensure the accurate and effective of this workflow.
2020/08-2021/04 Electronic Fence System
Object: Provide the ability of spatial data customization for multiple bussiness party. User can use this system to edit the spatial data of their own bussiness with the spatial data analysis tools.
Results: As the toB system, it serves about 40,000 users from different bussiness parties with stable service.
2018/07-2021/04 Aera Operation System
Object: Face to the inner user of SF, using the error order information to generate modify and correct tasks, which are used to improve the Address-Storage at the end of the task workflow.
Results: Support different data sources and huge amount of data processes.
