Given an array of one's and zero's convert the equivalent binary value to an integer.

Eg: [0, 0, 0, 1] is treated as 0001 which is the binary representation of 1

Examples:

    Testing: [0, 0, 0, 1] ==> 1 
    Testing: [0, 0, 1, 0] ==> 2 
    Testing: [0, 1, 0, 1] ==> 5 
    Testing: [1, 0, 0, 1] ==> 9 
    Testing: [0, 0, 1, 0] ==> 2
    Testing: [0, 1, 1, 0] ==> 6 
    Testing: [1, 1, 1, 1] ==> 15 
    Testing: [1, 0, 1, 1] ==> 11

知识点

• python可以通过int(str,2)将二进制字符串转换为十进制
• python的map函数可以把每个list中的元素都是用一遍函数获取新的list
