Mr. Zhang Yifan, male, born on November 30 1997, is an outstanding undergraduate student at School of Cyber Engineering, Xidian University. I am his cryptography teacher, and I also used to be Zhang Yifan's advisor in many competitions. In these competitions, he showed an amazing capability to learn, to programme, and a deep understanding of cryptography. I believe that he is a talented student in computer science and information security.

In a recent cryptography competition, he led the design of a CPABE system. Because of his very good understanding of cryptography, he understood several popular CPABE structures smoothly, and can make appropriate modifications according to the application‘s scenario. I am the instructor for him in this competition. I think that these various abilities and the mathematics level he has shown in this competition are commendable, and I believe he can do better in his future research.
