                                     Physical exercise

I love doing exercises,for it can enrich my daily life and build up a strong body.In the modern society ,people is(are) facing a series of healthy problem(s),such as diabetes ,obesity,stroke,cancer and so on.We poor(pour) our all money into the barathrum of medical care,however,it seem(s) that it is too late.As far as i(I) am concerned,instead of spending a large sum of money on the medical care,try to do some physical exercise in the everyday free time.

By stimulating the circulation of the blood,physical exercise can strengthen our immune system to resist most (of the) virus.Furthermore,the waste in our body would be excreted during (doing) exercising,which can not only make us healthier but active our mind(s).Especially to do outdoor physical exercise s ,we are closer to nature and can take in fresh air.(递进关系)

Here,two physical exercises are introduced from which we will benefit a lot.

Jogging.Jogging is a aerobic exercise.During jogging ,we take in more oxygen to burn up more calories ,which means that we can lose weight by jogging.However,not until (do) we keep up jogging every day will it make sense.Let us make jogging become our habit!

Playing Tai Chi.Most young are prejudiced to(against) Tai Chi,thinking that it is only suitable for the old.Researches indicate that playing Tai Chi is helpful for relaxing the intense and relieving stress(the same meaning),which,in my views,is necessary for people especially the young who is under great pressure form(form) work and life.

In a word,physical exercise has became the most essential part in our daily life.I ‘d like to cite a proverb,”Health is a bullet,exercise is the (???).”
