Coaching Activites During one week

1. 日常问题解答-如果需要讨论，在教练群发起话题
2. 组织站会： 每1-2天，根据自己团队成员的时间，进行进度跟新：
   
   • 学习哪些知识（最好要求画概念图后，让学员根据概念图来讲解）
   • 遇到棘手问题（如果学员很难快速解决，或阻碍了学员的正常进度，教练可以直接援手）
   • 遇到知识或概念的理解问题，给予学员学习方法的指导或资料，让学员通过自己解决
   • 如果有学员学习速度比较快，让她继续学习教程的后部分
3. 收集学员在学习过程中的常见问题，以便优化教学方法和教程
