孔网络结构（PN type）

• pore body为正方形，边长3mm，深度1mm
• pore throat长度2mm，深度1mm
• 变量为throat宽度，分别为300um，500um，1000um，2000um

孔板结构（Cross type）

• 变量1：pore body边长，分别为1000um，3000um
• 变量2：pore throat宽度，分别为300um，500um，1000um，2000um

柱阵列结构（Pillar type）

可以理解成一种pore body与throat等宽的PN结构

• 变量为pore throat宽度（通道宽度），分别为3000um，1000um，500um

交错柱阵列结构（Staggered Pillar type）

• 变量为pore throat宽度（通道宽度），分别为3000um，1000um，500um

Y字形结构（Y type）
