Misfortunes and Blessings Change in One Thought

祸害危机的根源就是恣心肆意。表面看上去一点小事情，没有什么，但是慢慢地积累，后来祸兮福兮就很难说了。祸有可能瞬间就转成福，福也有可能一念之间就转成祸。全在我们自己的一念之间。
Intemperance is the root of the scourge crisis. On the surface, they may appear little and insignificant, but as they slowly accumulate, later on it's hard to tell whether they're evil or positive. Misfortune may turn into a blessing in an instant, and a blessing may also turn into a disaster in a moment, which all depends on our own thoughts.
本来是祸，我们把它往好处想就是福了。比如别人来辱骂、骚扰甚至破坏我们的时候，我们修安忍转念，当下祸就转成福了；本来是福，好事来了、福报来了，但我们骄奢淫逸、恣心肆意，骄慢心一起，福马上就转成祸了。
改译：Originally a disaster, if we look at the bright side, it becomes a blessing.
For example, when others insult, harass or even destroy us, we practise tolerance and change our thinking, instantly, the disaster turns into a blessing; It is originally a blessing, a good thing, a reward, but when our extravagance, wantonness and arrogance are generated, the blessing immediately turns into a disaster.
所以说福祸、吉凶，都是我们一念之间的事，随时都在转变。
Therefore, blessing or misfortune, good or ill luck are all in our thoughts, which are changing at any time.
