现代人所崇拜的影星、歌星、球星、商界政界所谓的“成功人士”，他们的生活方式乃至一举一动都成为人们 尤其是青少年的模仿对象，不管是服饰饮食，还是举止言行，乃至于生活习惯等 都深深地影响着狂热的追星族。
Movie stars, singer stars, players stars, and the so-called "successful people" in business and politics that modern people worship, their lifestyle and even each move have become the imitation object of people, especially of teenagers. Whether their clothing and diet, or behavior, words, deeds, and even living habits and so forth, have deeply influenced the fanatical star struck fans.

难怪这个时代圣贤纷纷隐没，众生的心灵被种种无明习气遮蔽，再难以接受圣贤们的智慧教化。

No wonder that this era of sages is hidden in succession, the hearts of all living beings are covered by a variety of ignorant habits, and it is difficult to accept the wisdom and enlightenment of the sages.

现代社会林林总总的偶像成了指引人们行为的导师。而这些所谓的明星 其实质 也是一个贪嗔烦恼炽盛的平常人，如何能指引人们走向自我净化之路呢？
In modern society, all kinds of idols have become the mentors to guide people’s behavior. In fact, the essence of these so-called stars is also an ordinary people with passionate greed and anger. How can they guide people to a way of self-purification?
其实骨子里，追星族们并非崇拜他们的偶像，他们只是渴望明星们有钱、有名又有闲的生活方式而已！
In fact, in reality, the star-chasers are not to worship their idols, they just yearn for the stars' wealth, fame and idle way of life!
古时，人们恭敬圣言量，齐家、治国、安天下皆以圣贤经典为准绳，以历史为借鉴，并经由一代代的传承，使圣贤文化的命脉不致于中断。
In ancient times, the classics of the saints were respected, which was taken as the criterion to regulate the family, govern the country, and secure the world. Having taken the history as the reference, and having been inherited from generation to generation, the lifeblood of the sage culture is kept from interruption.
而傲慢无知的现代人已不再重视圣言量，甚至把圣言量“打倒”在地。一正不立，百邪并生，人们没有了圣贤智悲的指引、教导，心中邪见纷纭，无所适从，思想极其混乱邪僻，而随顺人心的物质享受、宣扬死后断灭的邪说便开始粉墨登场。
However, the arrogant and ignorant modern people no longer value the classics of the saints, and even“knock them down”to the ground. Once the righteousness is not established, all evils will come out. Without the guidance and instruction of sage's wisdom and compassion, people have all kinds of deviant views in their mind, and their thoughts are extremely chaotic and withdrawn. While the heresy of advocating material comforts enjoyment and promoting that life will annihilated after death began to perform on stage.
可怜的现代人 从无始以来的无明愚痴就已经够深重的了，再受各种染污思想的熏习，更是通体污垢。
For the pathetic modern people, their ignorance from the time of beginningless has become serious enough, and then smoked by all kinds of pollution ideas, the whole body is covered with dirt.
在邪见稠林中的人们，见不到一丝真理的光芒，呼吸着邪恶的空气，接纳着混浊的思想，在这里只有如何享乐的指引、如何欺诈的说教、如何置人于死地而后快的竞争术、如何自欺欺人的自我包装技巧……
People in the deviant forest can’t see a little ray of truth, breathing the evil air, accepting the turbid thoughts. There is only the guidance on how to have fun, the preaching on how to cheat, the competitive trick on how to put people dead and then be happy, the self-packaging skill on how to do self-deception...
而这些使人眼花缭乱的种种方法和技巧都只是随顺、诱导、增上人们的烦恼而已。正因为没有圣言量的指导，现代人大多造业的同时已毫无取舍的智慧，对善恶染净的辨别力几乎完全丧失。
And these dazzling methods and techniques are just to follow, induce, increase people's troubles. Because there is no guidance of holy words, most modern people have no wisdom to accept or reject while making karma, and the ability to distinguish good and evil is almost completely lost.

人们根本不知道反观自心、认识烦恼，反而时时随顺烦恼、加强烦恼，所以在遇上诱生贪嗔等的对境时，毫无对治力，根本不知如何防护，这样非理作意立即现起，烦恼一发不可收拾。
People do not know to reflect and understand troubles, instead, always follow and strengthen them. In cases of greed, anger, there is no counteracting power, nor knowledge on how to protect. Such an unreasonable intention immediately appears, and the afflictions are out of control.

  对烦恼不知如何对治，便不能有丝毫的止息，这样相续心中的贪嗔痴只会不间断地串习加强。不断增上的串习力，使得即使离开对境，在独处 甚至睡梦中 依然烦恼炽盛、贪嗔涌沸。
 If you do not know how to treat the trouble, you couldn’t get a slightest stop, so the greed, anger and ignorance in your heart will continue to be strengthen. Even if you leave the right situation, you are alone, and even sleep, the increasing practice force can still make the affliction blaze, and the greed and anger will emerge in large numbers.

. 在华丽外表包装掩饰下的现代人，其内心状态比起古代人不知要烦忧恼乱多少倍，而烦恼一旦超出控制力，即会现前各种严重的心理病症 甚至精神崩溃、人格分裂、丧心病狂。
For the modern people who are covered up by the gorgeous appearance packaging, their inner state, compared to the ancient people, will be uncounted times annoyed, and once the trouble is out of control, there will present a variety of serious mental diseases, even mental breakdown, personality split, become frenzied.
追星族们，醒醒吧！
So star chasers, it’s time to wake up!
