Happiness Formula

The so-called happiness is actually the relief of pain which we are go through day to night, because there has been a lot of sufferings need to be relieved since our birth,
Once we are born, we feel hungry, cold, hot, and sleepy, this is the most basic.
Girls like shopping as they grow up. When they see a nice and affordable dress, they will immediately go and buy it and feel pretty and happy in it.
Such so-called happiness is due to a change in your thoughts, and your suffering of not getting what you wanted has been alleviated.
What is the suffering of not getting what is wanted?
It means that you are desperate to get something you covet, but you never get it. It will result in suffering. Back to the example above, if you have no desire for this dress, you definitely won’t feel happy while wearing it.
So this happiness comes from satisfaction and relief of your desire over greed, as well as the feeling that wearing this dress can meet your vanity.
Vanity is also a type of suffering, you desire others to praise you and admire you, but you do not get it. This is also a kind of suffering. When others begin to admire you and praise you, your vanity is satisfied, you take it as a kind of happiness. If you have no vanity at all, then you won't feel it when others praise you.
If we take a look at ourselves, we actually have a lot of desire throughout the day and night, which we can’t even perceive. They are deeply in our minds. We can only bear them when they are not satisfied.
Assuming you're in a good mood and have nothing to worry about, you lie in there, and a good massagist is giving you a massage on your back, you will feel very comfortable.
Why ? We don’t consider ourselves suffering when we don’t have the massage, I was clearly energetic and in a good mood, There is no physical pain at all.
In fact, your body is still suffering, but you bear it.
You will feel comfortable and relaxed only when the massage is on your back and cervical spine.
This comfort is actually because your muscles have fatigued or the energy channels and chakras in your back have become clogged. You only feel pleasure with the pain relieved by massages.
If you massaged a healthy five- or six-year-old child's back and cervical spine, he would most likely feel pain rather than pleasure.
Why do adults feel happy when they get a massage at a certain time?
It's because you've already started to "suffer from aging." You're getting old.
It's just that this kind of suffering may not be that serious, not so severe that we can't live or work, and we can bear it. We often work while sick and do things with hardships. Not feeling well, but still keep doing.
That doesn't mean we don't have suffering, it's just that suffering isn't so serious enough to cause us to fall down. That would be too much suffering.

This is an interesting formula describing mental activities, which allows us to look closely at the nature of our happiness. Only by truly understanding the nature of suffering and happiness can we achieve true peace of mind.
